Other matters relevant to the Rental Agreement (see Rental Terms and Conditions for full details):

  • Commencement of the rental period: date of shipping for delivery or collection from dealer outlet (as applicable).
  • $16.00 administration default fee each failure to pay by the due date (including having insufficient funds in your account for direct debit purposes or a credit card transaction being declined)
  • Only Items involving software registered by the renter: if not returned "unlocked" and our technicians need to unlock the Item to restore it to our control, a $200 deactivation fee will apply. If the Item cannot be unlocked rendering it unusable, you will be required to pay the deactivation fee or fair value of the Item determined as provided in the rental terms and conditions, whichever is the greater.
  • To end your rental:
    • within the minimum rental period: payment of the rental for the unexpired balance of the period and return of the Item;
    • after the minimum rental period return the item at any time or at the end of the maximum rental period;
    • our accepting (at our discretion) your offer to purchase which you can make at any time;
    AND in each case pay all monies due to the end date and if returning, the Item must be in satisfactory condition or repair costs may apply.
